About me


Hello and welcome to the world of nutrition through my eyes!
I’m a certified Naturopathic Nutritionist based in London (Harringay & Hackney). I believe nutrition should support your body, not control it. My goal is to help you build a healthier relationship with food, move past restrictive habits, and create sustainable eating patterns that fit your real life — not perfection.
I am committed to continuous learning and professional development, completing courses in English, Romanian, and Russian. This allows me to bring the latest scientific knowledge and a broad, international perspective to my work.

  • Consider your full lifestyle and wellbeing — from birth to now, including your health history, habits, physical signs, and emotional state — to identify the root causes behind your current health

Discovery Consultation

A clarity-focused session to understand what’s really going on.

This consultation is designed to help you understand why you feel the way you do — without committing to a full personalised programme.
Before the session, you’ll complete a health questionnaire covering your symptoms, lifestyle, habits, emotional wellbeing, and relevant photos. This must be returned at least 2 days before the consultation.
During our 45–60 minute session, we take a deep dive into your health history and current concerns, gathering the full picture needed to understand what may be influencing your health.

What’s included:

  • In-depth discussion of physical, mental, and emotional symptoms.
  • Clear explanations of possible underlying patterns.
  • A written summary (within 5 days) outlining:
      * Key factors contributing to your current health
      * Priority areas to focus on
      * General nutrition and lifestyle guidance

This session is ideal if you’re looking for clarity, want to explore your health in depth, or would like to experience what working with a nutritionist is like.

Ready to Act Consultation

This consultation is for you if you’re ready to actively work on your health with personalised support and a clear, structured plan.

Before the session, you’ll complete a health questionnaire covering your symptoms, lifestyle, habits, emotional wellbeing, and relevant photos. This must be returned at least 2 days before the consultation.
During our 45–60 minute session, we take a deep dive into your health history and current concerns, gathering the full picture needed to understand what may be influencing your health.
Within 7–10 days, you’ll receive a fully personalised protocol designed to support you for 2–3 months.

What’s included:

  • In-depth discussion of physical, mental, and emotional symptoms.
  • Clear explanations of possible underlying patterns.
  • A personalised protocol, which may include:
      * Personalised nutrition recommendations tailored to your needs, preferences, and lifestyle
      * Lifestyle changes to support sleep, stress, movement, and daily routines
      * Supplements (optional and only if you’re open to them)
      * Practical tools and resources, such as meal ideas, food swaps, planning tips, and helpful links

Ongoing support:

The first month includes Monday–Friday support (8am–6pm) via WhatsApp or another agreed channel, with guidance on food intake, hydration, activity, and overall wellbeing.

Follow-Up Consultation

The Follow-Up Consultation is designed for existing clients who have completed a Ready to Act Consultation and want to continue working on their health.

This session focuses on reviewing your progress, discussing what has improved, what is still present, and what may need adjusting. We analyse how your body has responded to the initial plan and update your approach accordingly. During the 30-45 minute consultation, we reassess your symptoms, lifestyle, habits, and wellbeing, and refine your strategy to support the next stage of your health journey. Within 7–10 days, you’ll receive an updated personalised protocol designed to support you for a further 3 months.

What’s included:

  • Review of progress since your previous consultation.
  • Discussion of improvements and ongoing challenges.
  • Updated interpretation of symptoms and patterns.
  • A revised personalised plan, which may include:
      * Personalised nutrition recommendations tailored to your needs, preferences, and lifestyle
      * Lifestyle changes to support sleep, stress, movement, and daily routines
      * Supplements (optional and only if you’re open to them)
      * Practical tools and resources, such as meal ideas, food swaps, planning tips, and helpful links

Ongoing support:

For 2 weeks following your consultation, you will receive Monday–Friday support (8am–6pm) via WhatsApp or another agreed channel. This includes guidance on food intake, hydration, activity, and overall wellbeing, helping you implement changes and adjust as needed.

Follow-Up Consultations are offered at 15% less than the Ready to Act Consultation.
